If you are responsible for actions that cause problems, what responsibilities do you have to accept blame for those problems? If you can avoid accepting blame, and no one else would be harmed, is that acceptable? If you can avoid accepting blame, and those likely to be blamed will eventually be exonorated, is that acceptable?
