Initially, anyone is free to Create a new Question (and Answer). This new content will appear under the FAQ - I3P menu item. The system is set up to display the Questions initially, with the Answers following below. When you click through on the Answer, ... you will see just the Answer on your screen, and an Edit button. The Edit button allows you to edit the Answer, and even change the Question if that is your want.

Note: The Content Management System being used on this site (Drupal) allows fine-grained control of who has the right to see, edit, or create a FAQ. So long as most FAQ's stay on target and relevant to I3P and CIPS participation, no controls will be placed on access - everyone is free to see, edit, or create a FAQ. If there is abuse, then controls will be imposed.
